16x16 Metroidvania Sci-fi Tileset
This set was inspired by Metroid and Axiom Verge. It covers tech- and alien tiles and should provide everything necessary on environment to start your metroidvania space project.
included are: .PNG, .PSD, .afdesign and .TMX (Tiled, example)
You can use it for commercial production.

the only tileset that includes some is: https://s4m-ur4i.itch.io/huge-pixelart-asset-pack
this probably won't fit your purpose.
However a set with characters is in the progress (more fantasy than sci-fi tho). But I can't tell how long it will take to finish it.
