Hey there! Sorry for the late reply. the only tileset that includes some is: https://s4m-ur4i.itch.io/huge-pixelart-asset-pack this probably won't fit your purpose. However a set with characters is in the progress (more fantasy than sci-fi tho). But I can't tell how long it will take to finish it.
